Former partner at Linklaters with more than two decades of experience advising on complex M&A transactions.
Lev spent more than twenty years as a cross-border M&A lawyer, beginning his career at Sullivan & Cromwell before a decade as a Corporate and M&A partner at Linklaters, working across London, Moscow and New York.
At Linklaters he advised on M&A, private equity and joint ventures across technology, media and telecoms, financial institutions and industrials, and served as the firm’s marketing and business development partner in Europe.
An economist by training, Lev holds a J.D. magna cum laude from New York University. Before founding GrayHair he was an active legal-tech angel investor and adviser.
